AWJ are a bespoke manufacturer of balconies , we do not have a standard detail . All our balconies are designed to suit each individual project to meet architects and client’s aspirations whilst also satisfying the engineers structural requirements.
Expert Design
Our in house and external CAD design teams have a vast knowledge and experience and with our external engineers we can take your concept from start to finish.
Cantilver Specialists
Designs include cantilevered balconies where we have developed a counter balanced lifting frame that enables balconies to be installed from top down to suit programme and sequencing needs.
Post Supported Options
Or post supported balconies with vertical supports taken from concrete foundations.
The Perfect Finish
We are able to offer various finishes including galvanised which is recommended on external structures along with powder coating to any colour including special colours or non-standard applications, giving various visual effects such as blackened or anodised.
Aluminium Flooring
We can also offer an aluminum floor finish consisting of decking boards formed from aluminum extrusion which is compliant with fire regulations and fully tested and certified for wear and tear and slip resistance that comes with a 30 years guarantee.

As you will see from the following showcase we manufacture bespoke designs to Architects and Clients visions which we are able to detail using our inhouse C.A.D. facility along with the use of external Structural Engineers bringing your ideas into reality.
