The building forms part of the Brixton Centric redevelopment and provides a new community of 94 appartments over 14 storeys along with ground floor commercial and retail units.
SCOPE OF WORK:
External balustrades to concrete balconys with a combination of structural glass and metal designs. Incorporating infill bars set at angles to provide a non standard appearance. Also external glazed terrace balustrade with obscure glass forming privacy screens. Internal stainless steel handrails to staircases all pre fabricated off site along with other miscellaneous items.
